Confidentiality agreement

Before ON TRACK by TRACE shares non-public Revenue Rescue information, the authorised business representative must accept this confidentiality agreement. Your acceptance is recorded with the agreement version and timestamp.

Revenue Rescue assists review, prioritisation, action tracking and recovery workflow management. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, clinical, medical, pharmaceutical or dispensing advice, and it does not autonomously charge, refund, write off or post transactions on your behalf.

Where paid checkout is enabled, payment processing is provided by Stripe. Revenue Rescue does not store full card numbers. Billing, cancellation and refund rights remain subject to the applicable agreement and any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Revenue Rescue™ is licensed, not sold. Customer access does not transfer ownership of the software or its proprietary intellectual property.
