Billing, Payments & Refunds
How Revenue Rescue commercial charges and Stripe payment processing are handled.
Australian operational legal baseline only. Customer-specific external legal/privacy review remains required before unrestricted real customer data or paid production use where the Revenue Rescue readiness gate requires it.
1. Business identity
Revenue Rescue is supplied by ON TRACK by TRACE, ABN 36 530 564 761, Queensland, Australia.
2. Approved price and billing cycle
The amount charged, billing cycle, licence period, included usage and any implementation fee must come from an approved proposal, order form, licence agreement or checkout presented to the customer.
Revenue Rescue does not infer a customer's price from detection results and a higher-priced plan must not change what the detection engine finds.
3. Stripe payment processing
Where paid checkout is enabled, Stripe is the payment-processing provider. Payment-card details are submitted to Stripe rather than stored as full card numbers inside Revenue Rescue.
Revenue Rescue may store Stripe references and billing status needed to administer an authorised subscription or payment.
4. Recurring billing
If a customer chooses a recurring plan, the applicable checkout or signed agreement must state the amount or pricing basis, billing frequency and renewal or cancellation terms before recurring charges begin.
Billing status is commercial metadata only and must remain isolated from detection, finding, priority, recovery and evidence logic.
5. Cancellation, refunds and Australian Consumer Law
Cancellation and refund requests are handled under the applicable customer agreement and Australian law. Any term about refunds is subject to rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Nothing in these billing terms limits any consumer guarantee, remedy or other non-excludable right under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
If ON TRACK provides a separate warranty against defects, the warranty document must contain any prescribed Australian Consumer Law information and wording that applies.
6. Payment security and records
Do not send full card details through Revenue Rescue support notes, uploads or ordinary messages.
Payment receipts, tax invoices and billing records should identify the supplying legal entity and include the information required by applicable Australian tax and consumer law for the transaction.
